Our fee of $1,697 covers the full planning, coordination, and management of your fan meetup, including up to 8 hours of hands-on work split between preparation, event execution, and wrap-up. Please note that this fee does not include venue rental, catering, or other event-specific costs, which are the responsibility of the client. This ensures you get expert support and a seamless experience without any hidden fees.
